Step 1 - To organise your returned item, simply call our friendly staff on 1300 656 938.
 

Step 2 - Send us your product (in an undamaged and reasonable condition) within 7 days of receiving your item.
 

Step 3 - We will 100% refund the cost of the product, or change it to a more suitable product if you choose to.
 

Please note, the goods must not be damaged in any way. If EXELTest are not satisfied with the condition of the goods upon return, the purchase might not be refunded in full.
