The PAC3760 DL is a newly updated tester by Seaward and it replaces the previous PAC3760 +2. 

For its price range, the PAC7360 DL is a great value basic appliance tester, with an abundance of useful features and simple functionality.

It contains a unique 9 button push operation, so tests can essentially be run with the push of a button. All you need to do is conduct the test and press the SAVE button to store your results. Results can then be downloaded to your computer via USB.

The PAC3760 DL also has an Isolation Transformer built-in. This means it's capable of testing both portable and fixed RCD's - this is a great add-on if you're after a low-cost appliance tester that has RCD testing.
